We believe that what we make should reflect how we work.

Momentum Vests was created around a simple idea: fewer pieces with more purpose. That means thinking carefully about fabric, shape, layerability, and the people and processes behind every garment.

We do not accept slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, child labour, or the exploitation of workers in any part of our business or supply chain. We expect the people and partners we work with to share our commitment to dignity, fair treatment, safe working conditions, and respect for human rights.

Our approach is considered and ongoing. We aim to build open, responsible relationships with our suppliers and to understand more about how our products are made, who makes them, and the conditions in which they work. Where concerns arise, we believe they should be acknowledged directly and addressed responsibly.

For us, responsible practice is not separate from good design. It is part of creating clothing with care, intention, and integrity. The quiet confidence we look for in our knitwear should extend to the way it is produced.

We know that no business is finished learning. We will continue to review our approach, ask better questions, and work towards a supply chain that reflects the values behind Momentum: thoughtful, transparent, and built with purpose.
