Gender Pay Gap

At Momentum, we believe direction matters, not only in what we make, but in how we build the company behind it.

We believe people should be valued for their contribution, supported in their work, and paid fairly. Equal pay for equal work is fundamental to the way we want Momentum to operate.

We also recognise that the gender pay gap is about more than individual salaries. It reflects the wider shape of a company: who joins, who progresses, who reaches leadership, and whether opportunity is genuinely open to everyone.

As Momentum grows, we want to create a working environment where progression is clear, pay decisions are considered, and people are given the confidence and support to develop. We will continue to review our roles, responsibilities, recruitment, progression, flexibility, and leadership representation with this in mind.

We do not believe inclusion should exist only in statements. It should be visible in the everyday decisions that shape a business.

The same care we bring to fabric, proportion, and layerability should guide the way we work with people: thoughtfully, consistently, and with purpose.
